I'm aware that you need to expend or not consume 3500 calories in order to lose a pound, and was wondering if anyone knew how to take their current weight and other data to discover what daily calorie intake keeps them at their current weight level. Then for example, by reducing that 500 calories a day, you would lose (7*500) = 3500 calories (A POUND) per week. Thanks in advance.
