View Full Version : Zetacap a Tool not a Cure

I have been taking Zetacap less than a week now. I started on Sunday. The full feeling is there but not enough to keep you from eating at all. Sometimes it works better than other times. I think it is like all other things and a tool not a cure. I doubt there is anything that will help obesity on it's own you have to do the work also. :nono: I am looking into GB surgery too and know I have to do the work there too. Also, there are more herbs than one or two in this pill so just going to the healthfood store or whereever and picking up one of the herbs because it is cheaper is not going to give you quite the same effect right? I have read on here in other threads that Irish Moss, Glucogen, and I don't know what all are the only ingredients in Zetacap and  you are being ripped off by the company. I think it is up to you, but the fact is that there is no one ingredient and you have to actually do something for anything to work. Just my opinion as to why there are such varied results with this and other weight loss aids. Any other thoughts??
