Has anybody ever heard of vitamin E helping epilepsy. I was on a web page and they mentioned that you can't go off your meds, but some people feel a difference in the way they feel (a good difference.) I know you can't trust all that you read but I found this interesting and just wondering if anybody out there is taking Vitamin E and if it's helping.
