i've been using xenadrine efx for a couple of weeks now and it's been good at supressing appetite but i've become really depressed in the past week. i'm not sure if its related to the product and there is no indication on any websites or research that they are at all related.

was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing the same thing...

Oh my goodness! I thought I was the only one. I just started using this, and before 1 week came up----I've been feeling depressed. I was wondering if it was the Xenadrin, now I know it is. I came on the internet to look this up. Wow so it's not only me. I guess I have to stop using Xenadrin.

I found a good review online. Here is the link:
http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/xenadrine/xenadrine-efx-review.htm.

It does say that different people will react differently to Xenadrine but for me it has actually worked as an antidepressant. Here is what they say though, if you don't want to go to the above link:

1) l-tyrosine and acetyl-l-tyrosine: tyrosine is an amino acid that is a precursor for a number of neurotransmitters related to our feeling and mood. A deficiency in this results in depression and reduced ability to cope with stress, so with Xenadrine EFX you may get a lift in your mood. :) A good thing.

3)3) PEA: Phenylethylamine (PEA) helps increase attention and activity and has been shown to relieve depression in 60% of depressed patients.

There are all kinds of fake claims about this product. Stimulents may temporarily mask some depressive symptoms but are not a good treatment.

See a doctor.

Not to mention this company is sued all over the place for false claims.
