I know there are certain foods we can eat which will release the natural serotonine in our bodies i know they include bread pasta and bananas, has any one else spoken to there dr about this or got any other additional info on which foods we should avoid or a diet which will help? :angel:

I think any thing with a good source of vitamin B-12 will help with anxiety.

I was told any kind of carb will increase the serotonin. I was also told to stay away from caffeine of course and reall sugary things.
