I've made quite a few posts, questioning about weightloss, but I just read a thread that was recently created. A member mentioned good foods to eat, to maintain your weight...
No one has ever helped me yet, about the whole " I don't really seem to like vegetables " thing... I might start running on a tredmill. Many people on here said it was good to do, but one disagreed... they said that the tredmill moves for you when you put your feet down, rather than you using all of your muscles, and it doesn't use as much energy, but I'd rather run on a tredmill because the town here is bad. I don't choose to run around this town...
This post will have a few questions I need answered, unless some will be nice enough to just reply to the ENTIRE thing?...
1. Yogurt, and weight loss... explain please?
2. Whole grain, such as the bread?...
3. Any certain FRUITS that can help?
I'd just like to lose a few lbs. ( or inches, whatever )... It's not much, but NOW it's finally becoming a small problem of mine, because NOW I can see my stomach getting bigger... well atleast it seems to be getting slightly bigger. The reason I'm starting to care more, is because day after day, I walk up to the stand-up mirrors I have access to, and I lift my shirt to look at my stomach, and it seems to be getting bigger, and I don't even want to risk it. ( As in, I want to lose now, before it starts to gain... and care, unlike others. Ex: People that you see everday. Ex: People that walk into Mc'Donalds. ) Mhm...
I'd just like help for once. Everytime a weightloss commercial comes on, I get a bit angry because I need to do something, and fast... I KNOW it doesn't take long, just to lose a few lbs. or inches, or whatever... so help, please.
Thank you. ;)

I just noticed that I made another thread the other day. Sorry everyone, I totally forgot about it.
P.S. - Luxuria, thanks for trying to help all the time.
P.S.S. - You all can reply to this thread also if you'd like. The other was mainly about a tredmill, so this one's slightly different. I do appreciate your advice. :p
