Anyone had success with this program??? I just ordered the book and from what I have seen it eliminates dairy, animal products, fruit juices and dried fruit. YOu can eat unlimited amounts (until you are full) of raw veggies, cooked greens, beans and fruit. You can also have no more than 1 cup of starchy veggies or whole grains, and 1 oz raw nuts, 2 oz advocado. It is also recommended that you eat a salad before lunch and dinner.
I have heard good results from others on a thyroid board I am on, but was wondering if anyone here has tried it and what you thought????
I am going to start tomorrow. Will let you know if I can make it work! Judi

It sounds more like a cleanse than a weight loss plan. I'm sure it would work; all that stuff is great for you, but I don't think many people would want to stick with it. Good luck. :)

jmh,
If it eliminates eggs and fish also, it's a VEGAN DIET.
But basically, you are talkging about a vegetarian diet. Good, but HARD to do if you are trained in meat eating.
Why giving up fruit juice is a good idea is beyond me, unless one is on an ATKIN'S variant of a vegetarian diet :jester: :jester: which I would define as masochism taken to new heights.
