Sponsor mishka1111 06-27-2003, 11:42 AM check the wt. loss board- there is a posting on this. I tried it about 2 years ago & only lost 5 lbs. I didn't get any side effects from it, nor do I think I was exercising really hard. It's been so long that I can't remember. |
