they say usually around 100 grams of carbs a day. Well, coming from an expert on this type of stuff, you if want to lose weight, you need to get at least some source of excercise a day. Even if its for 10 minutes, do it. Go outside and walk for 10 minutes. Its better than nothing. ALso, your diet. You need to stay away from junk and fast food and eat healthy. More fruits and veggies, salads, chicken, fish. Substitute you milk with fat free, drink water or diet sodas. Instead of fries, get salads, and sandwiches, but without mayo. The dressing and sauces is what makes all this food so fattening. If you can stay away from it, you should because it really makes a difference, up to 30 grams of fat difference. You can still enjoy yourself, but by making these changes, it will really help and I am sure you will see a difference!

I thought we were allowed like 300 to 375 grams of carbs a day? thats what it says on the food labels. Cut all drinks out EVEN diet sodas out of your diet for sure. Search for the thread on how everbody thought their way too weight loss was

Dont Be Too Concerned about Carbs, Try to concentrated on a healthy Diet. 40% Carbs 40% Protein 20% Fat.

Try To Eat Good Carbs (Whole Grains). If you love White Bread, Potatos, and Rice dont cut them out completely just eat them in moderation. Also Try to get to know the calorie content of the foods you are eating. Knowing the Calorie content helps you make better choices.

Try a Website like Fitday that will let you enter what you have eaten all day and it will tell you the % of each Group and the amount of calories consumed.
