Hello everyone, I have a job interview coming up on september 21 and I have a ton of anxiety because of it. Its with a law enforcement agency and they have what call oral boards for interviewing. They have 3-4 people interrogating you and I'm sooooo nervous about it. I'm afraid I'm gonna break out in a sweat or won't be able to talk. I was wondering what I can do to calm my nerves. I thought about going to the dr. and asking him for an anxiety medicine for this interview but the thing is they also do a drug screening. Anybody out there have any ideas? please sure if you do, it would be sooooooo helpful

Thanks

Ooh, that happened to me once. When I walked into the interview, it felt like a firing squad. I made some sort of joke to break the ice and they laughed, so afterward I didn't feel so bad. Job interviews are always nerve-racking anyway. I wouldn't take any meds, if you do, you might seem altered and in your line of work, that can't be a good thing. Good luck...hope you get it!
