After going on my low carb, high protein diet I've noticed pain after having bowel movements. It doesn't hurt during but I get a burning feeling afterwards and soreness, even some blood from the skin. The stool is soft, not hard, maybe too soft. Can this be because of the way im eating now? This is how I eat now. Thanks alot.

Try adding some fiber to your diet. Like fresh vegetables, fruit (if allowed) or even metamucil twice a day.

The fiber aids in elimination. Try to not strain at the toilet too. Such straining can cause this problem - often when we are trying to be "regular". If this problem persists, you might want to see a doctor - just to make sure it isn't something else more serious.
