ok i usually work out late at night doing cardio about an hour and sometimes in the mornings also and lift weights moderately about 3x a week....for my meals theyre usually the same...2 chicken breasts 2 cod fillets and about 5 pieces of shrimp all cooked in a little bit of olive oil..i usually drink milk and water...and i have a handful of almonds and about 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter every day...
ive been doing this about 2 weeks but i feel like all the fat is holding me back...i know you need to have healthy fats but am i eating too much...i just want to achieve the most amount of fat loss in the least amount of time

Hello, I've noticed the "ands" instead of "ors." Are you eating everything you mentioned in one day? If you are that is a lot of fat and calories. Yes, we are supposed to eat good fats, but not go overboard with them. We are to replace the bad fats with the good fats. 2 servings of meat, fish, eggs, or nuts and 1-2 servings of dairy per day is fine. (peanut butter would be in with the nuts and meats, since it is a protein.)I am assuming you do eat a lot of fruits and vegies too.
