YAY!!! So I just made up a great dessert that I love!!
I put into a bowl:
1/2 cup Fat Free sour cream__Cal-25 (2tbsps) Fat-0 Carb 3
1/2 cup Fat Free cool whip__Cal-25 (2 tbsps) Fat-0 Carb 3
1/2 cont. Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt__ Cal-50 (1/2 cont) Fat-0 Carb- 9
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Fat Free Oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 apple
1/2 cup of raspberries
Microwave for 1 minute
I ate it with low fat graham crackers last night and with a fat free sugar cone tonight and I love it... yummmmmmmm!!!
I just really enjoed this new recipe and I wanted to share it with you! I know some of you are 'watching your carbs' (I know its tuff when it comes to sweets, believe me I know) but I am sure you got creative you could eat this :) - low carb yogurt, I dont know bout the brown suga but maybe there is an alterative out there :confused: (like vanilla extract and splenda or something)
Well thats it I hope everyone had a GREAT MONDAY!!!!
