hey well i noticed a red bump and its all itchy and red down there so i dont know what to do. i had unprotected sex before 2 times but i dont know if that is the problem or what. what should i do im real worried about this its been keeping me up worried at night. I am afraid to get it checked out cuz i dont want my parents to find out and even if i got a ride to planned parenthood how could i pay for a test without my parents knowing? I have let this go on for a long while now and i really want some advice i want this taken care of now !!!

Look up Planned Parenthood in the phone book or on-line. They have reduced rates and charge on a sliding scale. So the fee you pay should be very minimal or maybe nothing at all, depending on your situation.
You might also want to consider your local health department. Many offer free or low-cost STD screening.
Or you could try going to your regular doctor. Just tell your parents that you want to get checked out for something else.
Whatever you do, don't wait any longer. You need to get this taken care of.
