I have been taking Xenadrine for approximately 3.5 weeks. I started by taking 1 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m. then 2 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m. Now I take 2 in the a.m. and 2 in the p.m. I am 5'0 and weigh approximately 117 pounds. I would like to weigh between 100-105. I do not get an energy boost (however, I think my energy level is naturally high) and I've only lost 2 pounds. My diet consists of a lot of fruit, vegetables, protein (and of course some of the dredded carbs). I am taking in approximately 800-1100 calories a day. I do not exercise. Could this be my problem or is it because I don't have much weight to loose? Should I have measured my thighs, arms, etc. before starting?

I am getting discouraged fast and I'm not sure what I should do.

Hi, I'm proir user of Xenadrine (original formula), I'm not able to take the Ephedra free it gives me migraines.... But as far as the original formula, I lost 30 pounds.... So, it worked for me, the key is to drink lots and lots of water; like 8+ glasses a day... I did hv a little bit of the jitters but nothing to bad, I just decreased my intake, and after a week increased it to the recommended dose.... Good luck! :D

hi, i have a similar question on xenadrine. i've been taking half the dosage for about three weeks now and have lost a pound, maybe two at the most. i exercise four times a week and have been watching my caloric intake. why am i not losing more weight? should i go off the xenadrine?

The new xenadrine sucks *sorry* ummm... if you wanna try something.. L-carnitine and Chromium Picholinate *the l-carnitine takes the fatty acid chains and puts it in the mitochondria to be burned for energy and the chromium picholinate speeds the metabolism.*
those are the two things that I have had most success stories on

Hello,

The new Xenadrine doesn't work because there is simply no ephidrine in it.

However you can still by the ephidrine on its own (8 or 25mg). I would take the xenadrine and then also take the ephidrine at the same time.

Or a cheaper just as effective solution is the ECA stack. (Ephidrine,Caffeine,Aspirin). Pretty much the same potent formula at a fraction of the cost.

Hey guys, yeah I'm gonna hv to agree w/Jeany & Shmigelz, the new Xenadrine doesn't work at all for me either.... I tried it, and I didn't see any weight loss or energy gain what-so-ever... I believe it's because it doesn't hv the ephidrine also...
I've been trying the ECA Stack, it does increase my energy, but as far as weight loss, I've gained about 5 pounds... I've tried the Metabolife 365, and although it does work, it does constipate me... I drink probably 10-12 glasses of water a day, so I know it's not my liquid intake... I liked the Xenadrine original formula, and I wished they still sold it... Sorry I can't be more helpful...
