has anyone tried the carbohydrate addicts diet? i'm planning on starting it tomorrow and wanted to see what other ppl have thought of it. thanks!

May I offer a recommendation?
First read the newer workup of the diet called CALP (Carbohydrate Addict's Life Plan diet.)
One of the poor tenets of CAD was an unfettered "reward meal" of one hour. As long as you kept thingss "balanced", you could do a Henry VIII at every main meal. This didn't work for weight loss.
The newer CALP puts restraints on that REWARD to eliminate the gluttony aspect of the eat-everything-but-the-kichen-sink hour.
Better to start out on the right foot.
