I've been reading up on the benefits of Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil. It seems like there's a lot. I have a bottle of 1000mg softgels in the cabinet and would like to start taking 2 or 3 a day. I'm hoping it will make my skin less dry and give me some extra energy. Energy is my main goal. So I read up on the benefits of ginseng since there's some siberian ginseng in the cabinet also. That's supposed to reduce fatigue also. Has anyone out there tried these pills? What was your experience while taking them? Should I be cautious about taking them together? I took two Omega-3s yesterday and two this morning and haven't felt any negative side effects. I took one earlier tonight and started feeling like I had to burp, but luckily it didn't smell/taste like fish. Other than that, I'm really optimistic. Thanks to whoever can answer my questions. :)
