Try the South Beach diet. They have a book you can by from amazon.com or get it at a bookstore or borrow it from the library.
Its not like the atkins. You just stay off carbs for two weeks and then you are slowly introduced to healthy carbs. I lost 10lbs in less than a week. You lose water weight the first 2 weeks. and after that its fat weight.
There are three phases to this new way of eating. The first phase is the hardest but lasts only 2 weeks. Try it...what can it hurt? Its worked for me so far. And I have tried everything.

hi stacey,

i was wondering how long you have been on the south beach diet? i haven't a lot about that diet and wondering about the success rate about keeping the weight off. also, were u able to work out during the diet? the reason i'm asking is because carbs is needed for energy during excercise.

Hey, it looks like your eating pretty healthy, but are you having the same thing day after day? You will get tired of those foods quickly. You need to pick a diet you can stay on for the rest of your life, or you will just end up gaining all the weight back when you go off the diet. I say, just eat lots of fruits, veggies, whole grain fiber foods and protein from fish, egg whites, beans, soy or other healthy proteins. (not meat or dairy). I eat granola, rice cakes or popcorn for snacks. This way of eating has worked for me for years, has helped me keep the weight off. Good luck!

Your diet doesn't look bad at all.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?? Lose weight fast??

The only other think I could recommend is like an ECA stack.

Also - start working out if you don't already.
