well the title pretty much says it, i was wondering what people thought about the idea of taking multivitamins and calcium supplements to aid my growth spurts. im 17 and i think i stil have some growing left in my bones.
Do you think that taking extra vitamins might help growth or is growing a strictly hormone based process?

Vitamins are good for you no matter what your age. However, your height is genetic make up so nothing you do will make you taller. Sorry. Every generation gets taller if that helps!!

woah does every generation get taller? thats awsome. i got big family so i guess im on track, hmm maybe the vitamins will help me reach the Genetic Potential that would maybe have been stunted without the sufficient source of nutrients :)
