I need an answer about low bp.....I don't understand what the upper and lower numbers means....well I do sort of the upper number is the pressure exerted and the bottom is the resting my bp is at 100 over 60 or 100 over eighty I guess what i am asking is when numbers change like that is it ok or something to mention to the new dr?
