hi tina
i don't know much about the diet pills lepotrin(anorex) or if there are side effects. i do know that my boss, who was very overweight as long as i have known him was severely OBESE. he started taking these pills and started losing weight. this improvement really motivated him to eat healthier and excercise even though he was losing weight anyway. he is still taking it, eating better and working out. lost 70 lbs so far.
all i can say is WOW, he looks great. make sure you research if you are curious about these pills, as I said I don't know anything about this product.

Hi! I have to say that I really hate any type of "diet pills". I have used them in the past and I think anyone will tell you that besides the side effects (heart racing, trouble sleeping), that as soon as you stop taking them you will more than likely regain most, if not all, of your weight. Really try to just change the way you eat. And don't listen to people who tell you "just don't eat." You HAVE to eat, especially breakfast. The more crazy diets you do, the more it will screw up your metabilism. I'm a big fan of organic food, although it is more expensive, so I also try to buy healthy food from the regular supermarket too. Write back to the board if you have any questions. I'll check back.
I hope this helps!

Hello there. I also need a motivation buddy to lose weight. I am lacking the motivation I need to achieve my goal.
I can also give you a suggestion. Not eating causes the body to shut down and your metabolism to slow even more down.
What has been working for me is drinking ice cold water several times a day, eating breakfast for energy to burn calories, and I have been doing this bellydance workout fitness tape for a a few months. Then I walk in the evenings.
I reccommend this belly dancing because you do not have to be skinny to do the moves and it is a fun way to exercise as well as make you feel good about yourself. The moves on this tape can be done at all different weight. If you are interested in knowing the name of it, respond back to me.
