I am new to the forum and have some questions, I am 30 yrs old and have cronic back pain do to a heriated disc L4-L5. It happend about two years ago. My family doctor looked at the MRI and said that is was pushing on a nerve , which would be causing the numbness in my left leg. I'm at ground zero in a matter of words, didn't realize it was this bad. Looking for advice on doctors in NY who you could reccommend for me to check out. I've tried all the therapy I can stand and want to get off the meds. I'm looking into the prodisk as an option, but want a doctor who has expierence in this type of surgery, ADR along with other options. Thank you for your time, it means alot. Lou-Lou
