Hi everyone;
I get frequent headaches; (probably about 4 days out of the week) and I am wondering what the best medicine is to take (non-perscrip.) with the least long term risk to my body. Right now I am taking 400 mg of Ibuprofen about 3 to 4 times a week. I have been to several docs who say it's from stress, and send me out the door with some harsh Rx with too many side effects. (Lookin' for a new Doc now, LOL) Are the preventative meds safer than what I am taking now? I don't know which is the safest for me between excedrine, Ibuprofen, advil, asprin, tylenol, etc. you get the point. I know acetametaphine can cause liver damage and Ibuprofen can cause stomach bleeding, but which is more likely to happen? (I consume around 2 alcoholic beverages a week). Thank you!
