Hey everyone im very sick concouis and im scared ill get what anyone has and ive heard this thing about menigitis going around in our high school my dad told me that if was a serouis case of meningitis that we would be quaritined.... So can it be really bad one of our teachers has it... im scared PLEASE HELP!!!!

There are vaccinations for meningitis. Talk to your doctor about getting one.

Hi,
I would suggest you go to the Doctor if your really sick and you may think there is a chance you may have this, My Son had meningitis when he was younger, He had a high fever, stiff neck and his legs were sore, he also had a busting head ache, he ended up in a coma for a day and a half, I was never so scared in my entire life, I didn't think he was going to make it, but he did, we were lucky. What the Doctor may do first is a blood test, with meningitis, your white count is extreamly high, Once they do that, they will decided is they need to go any futher with more testing.

I had bacterial meningitis (the deadliest kind) when i was younger. I was in the hospital for months and almost died, if you are having flu like symptoms ESPECIALLY sensitivity to light, go to the er or urgent care immediately

Yes, I agree with meatball, He almost died and so did my son, it's is dangerous and nothing to mess around with. The longer you wait, if your have it, the more you life is at risk.
