I started working at an autobody and paint shop a few weeks ago. I have been feeling light headed, nauseous, I have been getting headaches and just generally tired. I come home with no energy to do anything. I lay down and try and take a nap and I can only sleep for 30 or so minuets.

Their has not been any other variables that has changed in my life other than this job.

Their is always sanding and buffing going on. Nearly all of the painting is done in a seperate booth. I asked a co-worked if he ever felt these symptons and he said never.

What also leads me to belive this is not my imgination is my girlfriends dad worked at this exact shop awhile back. He quit for the health symptons that I am feeling.

Is it possiable that some peoples bodies are more senatives to all of the things in the air and chemicals around my work? What bothers me even more is it will be cold soon and the garage doors will be closed. The only fresh air in the place will be from the ventalation system.

I would think it would be quite possible.

What kind of ventilation do they have?
