I have had chronic neck pain for about 2 yrs. I am only 25 and it is just made my life a mess because I have been searching for a way to treat it. I didn't like the chiropractor I saw or the physical therapy because it just hurt too much. I was diagnosed with muscle spasms, muscle imbalances and something about my scm muscle. I just have a lot of pain and stiffness all the time on my right side and it gives me headaches, sinus problems and the worst part is I always feel off balance and lightheaded. Anyways, I am wondering if there is anyone out there like me who has had success with muscular therapy because I want some opinions before I go spend more money. What I am looking for is an end to the unsteady, lightheaded feeling because I have it 24-7 and it really makes it hard to function. Sorry this is so long, but any advice is appreciated.
Thanks
