HGH has been overlooked with aging adults until now. There are limitations on everything, can't have cancer or diabetes or pregnant need to consult doctor. HGH release is a food supplement. My wife and I shop at ( removed - please read and follow the posting rules ) We use the pills. HGH release does speed up metabolism and slow aging, but results will be mixed depending on the age of user. Anti-Aging is a day to day process just like aging. Much prefer anti aging to aging.
