ok, i know i have posted one or two posts about this...but i was wondering if any other intolerants or even some celiacs could reccommend any sites or recipes for help. i am would really appreciate some information from anyone that can help. thanks again all!

We are not really allowed to recommend sites on this board. The moderator will edit the post and one could get suspended for it, those are the rules of the board.
Maybe some people could recommend recipes though....I am not really big on those myself, I just throw things together.

If you do searches for "celiac" or "gluten free", plenty of sites come up. Also, Bette Hagman has written a series of gluten free cookbooks that I have heard others recommend.

There are plenty of gluten free recipes, books as well as on the net. Also, your local health food shop will have gluten free "flours" etc., that you can use to make a variety of gluten free pancakes, cookies, etc. However, I just do without the wheat dishes and read all labels. I have never eaten anything made with substitues that I like.
