The GI diet which is for diabetics but works for pretty much anyone. You have 3 different levels. The food choices are really good, you just have to remember to cut out the starches, sugar, and white flours. You get 3 meals and 2 snacks. I stop eating after 6pm and I try to work out at least 30mins every other day. You need to drink a lot of water through out the day too. I hope this gives you an idea. You can research it on the net. It is what works for my family.
