I have complex partials, and since I live alone, I don't think I always know when I've had a seizure....at night, the signs are tongue and inside of cheek chewed up, and occasional wet bed...during the day, I don't know if I'm just having a dull day, and don't remember stuff, or if I"ve had a seizure. There are days that don't feel "right", but I don't always know..... anybody got any ideas on how to track these when I'm alone???

I lived alone in a dorm for a while. I have the same type of seizures you do. I have always noticed I get light headed feelings that mean a seizure could be coming on but in most cases are just a false alarm. I ranandgot help every time I hada light headed feelings. Try to look for signs or feelings you get before a strong seizure.
Best of luck

Yeah, my auras are pretty specific (chest feels weird), but I'm not always sure if it just stops there, or if I've actually had a seizure afterwards. Being off work, it's not like I"ve got to be anywhere, so time is hard to keep track of on a good day !! Sometimes I know for sure, since the aura is hard enough to know I need to get in bed, but I"m not sure if some of the fatigue lately is from more seizures, or having to switch to generic meds and regular vs long acting due to cost. I'm trying to keep a sz diary for any disability reviews, and it's hard when some days, I feel ratty, but am not sure if it's just a ratty day, or I've actually seized. The night stuff is easier to figure out since my tongue on the side I sleep on gets chewed up pretty bad. During the day, it's still hard to tell.
