Went to Barnes & Noble to browse through a book that was promoted on a info commercial Treadeu claims he has a "Cure For Asthma" in his book .

When I browsed through his book I saw that his so called cure was to go to a website and buy another product book/tape on breathing exercises.
What a hoax.

There is no "Cure for asthma" there are just ways of coping with or treating asthma which include allergy shots, breathing techniques, medicine (quick acting inhalers/preventative inhalers/Xolair) alternative med, etc.

How can he get away with illegally misleading people on his TV info commercial making a claim he has a quote "Cure for Asthma" in his book.

I knew when I saw the info commercial that it was bull ****.
But I have to admit it made me curious enough to go to Barnes $ Noble and browse through the book.

He's probably hoping that there are people out there that aren't as smart as most of us with asthma really are. We know the truth, but there are always people out there who want to believe that what he is promoting is true and therefore, falls into his hoax. Apparently, he doesn't have asthma.

I have a book named 'The Allergy and Asthma Cure'. :)
I don't think my asthma has gone away, but the diet in the book worked well.
Since the start of the diet, my FEV1% has been above 90%.
There are a number of ways to manage asthma, ranging from breathing technique to diet, chinese pharmacology to acupuncture, exercise to meditation. Some of them exaggerate their efficacy or sometimes have non-specific effects.
As every asthma is different, all asthmatics should try to choose the one that best suits them. Combining several approaches is also good.
Knowledge is the key.

I have a specialist for my allergies and asthma, but I also consult a naturopath. They will explore other options like vitamins, supplements, chiropractic and accupuncture, homeopathy. Zippy is right. Educate yourself and explore other options. Everyone is different. What works for one person might not for another. It can be tedious and sometimes expensive, but well worth it for our health.
