Everytime i sneeze im really embarrased because they stink!!!

I havent got a cold at the min, (didnt know where else to post this?) but i have hayfever although this year it hasnt been too bad.

Does anyone know why they smell so much?

Could be a sinus infection. Does sound like infection...have they always done this or is this something new??

I've only noticed recently, but my boyfriends smell bad too! i can walk into a room and know if hes sneezed because i can smell it!
Were having our house done up at the min including having all rooms plastered do you think maybe all the dust is causing it?

Yeah, I noticed some time ago that my sneezes (the big ones) stink as well. Its like they really empty your lungs and get the bottom of the barrel air.

I heard that it can be caused by diet. I think Dairy products and bread? Not sure exactly (do a search on the net).

Personally I think its a thing that creeps up on you as you get older... You might have noticed your poop stinks more than when you were young... :D Ah the joys of aging. Yip, you'll be smelly like your granny one day.

(You know your getting older as a guy... because at 25 you realise that you have to trim your nose hairs..lol...).

yeh its only this year ive noticed! so it could be an age thing. i have bad hay fever so i would have noticed before if they smelt!
