doctor didnt say anything about it. I know i need to lose weight and change my eating habits but it's so hard. Any insight greatly appreciated.

Your numbers look pretty good except for the trigs. You should cut that in half by eating less carbs.

I agree with Jacqueline and have an additional recommendation.
Take two 500mg capsules or 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon daily.
Cinnamon lowers triglycerides and controls blood sugar too.
Simple carbs, especially sugar, are the major cause of high triglycerides.

Numbers are GREAT, ozzeran.
With a proper fast, they'd be even better with lower triglycerides>>>lower VLDL and thus a lower total than your 171.

HDL COULD be a bit higher though...but hard to achieve.

Well thats good news then. Question, will jogging remove Trigs? I'm gonna try changing my diet but would rather enjoy some foods and jog daily or atleast 4 days a week.

Regular, vigorous exercise (such as jogging) might raise your HDL a bit. But I believe the best way to lower your triglycerides is dietary (cut way down on sugar and carbohydrates and don't drink alcohol for 24 hrs before your next fasting profile). Recent human studies indicate that consuming roughly one half of a teaspoon of cinnamon per day or less leads to dramatic improvements in blood sugar, cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and triglycerides. For more on the results of studies of cinnamon use, and information on the various forms in which cinnamon supplements are marketed, from the Agricultural Research Service of USDA:

I missed that sentence. If you didn't fast, I would expect your trigs result to be higher than normal, especially if you had something sweet the evening before.
