Can anyone recommend one? I am tired of shelling out $300 to $400 a pop to have some neurosurgeon look at my MRI report (Not even the films) and say there is nothign they can operate on. Then I tell them I can hardly walk due to balance problems and have constant dull pain in my neck and ask for advice on who to see... and of course nothing.

I read about all these treaments online, but can get no one to even talk to me for enough time to tell me if they can do any of them - things like shrinking the discs with lasers and heat, or clipping off the herniated portion.

Many clinics I call are very rude, and of course there is not way you can ever talk to a doctor without shelling out the cash.

Please advice for Las Vegas area spine surgeons if you have experience.
