Howdy Doo. Got out of hopital a week ago after having fusion c6/7 with plate. Had fusion c4/5/6 in dec 03. How long does it take to feel fit and healthy? I've forgotten! I had the plate taken out of c4/5/6 as fusion looked well. Is there much danger of fusions breaking? I think I would prefer to have had the plate left in or am I just feeling a bit dependant? I'm looking forward to being able to lift things again without my feet going wonky and feeling disorientated.
