Well guys I've just recently recovered from cancer, lymphoma.I like to play pool so I go to pool centres often..Places like those are filled with thick second hand smoke..I know that the tar will collect in my lungs and cannot be discarded from my body..Is there any way to get rid of the tar?

second hand smoke causes cancer too. Youre best bet is to stay out of these places or find a non smoking establishment. If you wanna go to these smoking pool halls then youre just gonna have to deal with it.
Of course you could wear a gas mask or other respirator but youd probably get laughed out of the place or get your butt kicked. LMAO!!!!!
I wouldnt worry too much about it though. I mean, second hand smoke causes cancer but so does smog and any other number of pollutants in the air. Dont sweat it.

Hi Bond99...
If it were me, and after already having cancer, I'd keep out of those places. You would be breathing pure, unfiltered smoke. After what you've been through....I just wouldn't risk it. It's too bad they can't ventilate these places really well, so everyone can enjoy them. I go to casinos, and some are really smokey, (I try to stay away from those), but this one, (my favorite) in NV, it has super good ventelation, and you don't see clouds of smoke just hanging in the atmosphere there. Of course, I still try not to sit within 15 ft [or so] of smokers. Someday, I think it's going to be banned everywhere. (it is already, here in CA, except for the Indian casinos, and Bingo Halls) Funny thing, there's a bar downtown here, in this little town that I live in, and whenever I pass it at night, there's a large group of people congregated outside the door, with a huge cloud of smoke covering them! Poor souls.....even in the winter, when it's freezing outside! But, I do understand, as I used to be the same way!
Good luck Bond, and best wishes for good health now...
