How do you know you are toxic? Get a hair analysis in combination with complete blood work then you can start. You may have a toxic liver, kidneys, brain, etc. There are a dozen or more metals. You may not be very toxic you could just have poor mineral absorption. To say you want to detoxify is nice, but you have to know what needs work the most, and you need to do detoxes in order to get the most benefit. Most start with a colon detox. This requires you to change your diet drastically for up to a month or more. You may do a parasite detox. Dr. Sandra Cabot has a good and cheap book on liver detox. There is a book by Dr. Sherry Rogers called Detox or Die that I have not read but is quoted often. I have read doctor cabots book. If you really want to detox quit eating grocery store food, switch to organic for your food, cosmetics, etc. Your skin can absorb your cosmetics. Quit drinking Tap water. There are a whole lot of things you can do. Detox doesn't take place overnight. You can look into Hydro Therapy (Hot Tubs - but make sure the chemicals used in the water are not toxic), Sauna Therapy like Infrared Sauna. But again the real place to start is to get tested. If you don't want to spend the money to find out what is really wrong you will never get to the bottom of your problems. You can not treat the cause until you know the cause. So change your diet now and work towards a complete solution one step at a time.
