I am trying to have a baby have been for the past year but dont get my period regularly they had me taking birth control pills to start my period but after a while I got off them and nothing has happened, I dont know what to do from hear, Me and my b/f dont have the money for all of the different ways they have for you to help you like the IVF and so forth I dont have the medical insurance that will cover it and I dont even want to think about trying for a loan?? Does anyone know what to do?? have any tips on what to do???

You can go to your gyn and the can give you progesterone meds to make you start your cycle. I also have irregular cycles and that's what I do. This med isn't very expensive. Then you can chart your basal body temperature and that can help you determine if you are ovulating or not. If not you can start with a med called Clomid it cost around 35.00 per cycle and that will most likely make you ovulate. It's the cheapest form of fertility treatments. My gyn charges me less because my insurance won't cover the cost and that helps a lot.
