Have you tried the Baker's Breakfast Cookies yet? I read a little blurb about them in Prevention mag, and so I ordered some from www.bbcookies.com. (http://www.bbcookies.com.) Wow, they are wonderful!

Absolutely no cholesterol, no dairy, no hydrogenated oil, no preservatives, lowfat and high fiber. AND, they taste great. I'm on Weight Watchers, and they really fit in with the program. They are so filling, and really satisfy my sweet tooth. Well worth the points and the money.

They are supposed to be in grocery stores, health food stores, coffee shops, etc. all over the US. I'm going to call their toll free number 1-877-889-1090 to find out if they are any place in my area.

You gotta try them, they are so nutritious, and you don't even have to feel guilty eating them!

i checked out the nutrition info and imo, the sugar is high, 50% of the carbs. each cookie has about 30+grams of sugar..thats 120 calories from that cookie in sugar alone. just something to be aware of.

many "healthy" food companies add sugar to their foods to make up for lack of fat that would contribute to a better tasting product .

300 calories, 7 grams of fat and 60 carbs for a VEGAN cookie! No way.. I'll stick to a cereal bar!

Hello, Ditto...The calorie count and the total fat content for one cookie is too high for me. I'll stick with toast and fresh fruit for my breakfast. Sorry.

You have to remember this is a meal, not just a cookie for a snack. A cereal bar is about half the size of the Baker's Breakfast Cookie, which is 3.5 oz. I have been eating one for breakfast everyday, and I am not hungry until lunch. So, it is really satisfying.

The sugar in them is brown beet sugar, which is better for you than refined white sugar. I burn off most of those carbs anyway, because I've been pretty active. I've found out this week that they stay with me longer than even a higher protein breakfast. So, I'm going to keep eating them.
