Im thinking of trying a spinning class and was intrested to know if anyone here has tried it and what you thought of it. Also I heard that it can bulk up your legs a little bit after doing it for awhile, is that true?
Thanks!!

Spinning classes are great! I don't recommend them to anyone who doesn't have any hard core cycling exprience. You have to remember, if you have never ridden before, you will be on a bike for at least 30 minutes, sometimes 45 minutes. Depending on your intructor, you will change the gears pretty often, whether you're going up-hill or just burning. As far as the bulking up, your legs will not do this! I have been spinning & running for years and my legs are not bulky. They are very muscular (great muscle definition), but not bulky.
Good Luck and hang in there!
