if you do lose weight, is there still some extra skin? i thought it would just go away...

i hate to do surgery to get rid of the extra skin, i just wanna get firm, not extra-skinned :(

I think it depends on how much weight you lose. Skin is stretchy, especially while you're young and it should "shrink" back into shape after you lose the weight. But if you lose, say, more than 30 pounds your skin might look loose. I don't know what you'd be able to do about it, though.

ohh, well i don't have to lose 30 pounds, i just need to lose a little fat and turn it into muscle, im 15 years old, 5'2 (really short, i know..) and weigh about 115 pounds

It depends on how fat you are to begin with (how much the skin has stretched) and how fast you lose the weight.
Fast weight loss causes saggy skin becasue the skin does not have time to contract. But itmay still do so after the weight loss.
Exercise helps and so, apparetly, does moisturising.
