I bought two different brands of those pills & they did nothing for me.

hey newbie.....a friend of mine just gave me a bottle but i wanted to read a bit more about them but she liked it. if you want to learn more about 'em do a general search of the internet of apple cider vinager and one of the listings leads you here to health boards and losts of postings about it. that's how i found this site. good luck!

I take almost daily cider vinegar because I love the taste. If there's a health benefit, more power to it.I dilute 1/2 ounce with the same amount of water and sweeten it a bit with cyclamate and drink nearly an ounce a day. Really delicious!
Don't waste money on the pills because you can buy the store brand REAL vinegar for less than $2 for a gallon bottle (128 ounces.) That lasts me 8 months.
