i take 2 tbspn every night.. does anyone know if its high in fiber?

Like other oils, it's entirely fat, so it doesn't contain fiber.

Flax seeds ground up (I use a little coffee grinder), on the other hand, have lots of good fiber. You can grind 1/4 c every morning and sprinkle it on salads or your dinner, etc. It has a nutty taste.

The oil mainly helps you get your omega-3 fatty acids, but you must not heat it up. However, even if you heat the ground seeds, the fiber will still benefit you.

The omega-3 fatty acids in flax seed oil are not assimilated very well by the body, so it is better to get them from fish oil.
