The problem is,for the past 4days ive been real dizzy,ive had a headach and a bit of a temperture,also vry sleepy. my blood pressure is fine,so it isn't that. im on my period,which i know can make u dizzy but,i dunno it shouldn't be this bad,my mum think's it's a virus or the flu and told me not to worry,but i still am. it does feel like some kind of silly virus.but i hate being ill,and im just wondering if anyone know's what this could be???

Sounds like its just a virus. So try not to worry. Have plenty of rest and you should be fine. :)

How dizzy are you? Can you walk around? Drive? Feel nauseus? It could be a whole host of things, most of which are not serious. You should go and see a GP if you are concerned and it isn't going away.

Sorry I forgot to mention something yesterday. If you are bleeding heavier than normal for you, eg changing pads every 1-3hours, then it would be a good idea to ring your doctor. Bleeding more heavier than normal will make you feel dizzy and pretty rotten. And if this is the case, you need it checking to find out what is causing it. Take care :)
