Sponsor zip2play 09-23-2003, 08:13 AM I'm Almost Weight Watchers. I count and record every calorie. Call me a Weight Watchers LITE...or, more honestly, Weight Watchers CHEAP! I tried Atkins and after a 15 pound weight loss could go down no more unless AMOUNTS of food were tallied. I discovered that it's the ONLY thing that needs be tallied and my weight doesn't care whether I eat fat, protein, or carbs...or even alcohol.
