What's all the hype about Ezekiel bread? Recently I have been hearing of many people who swear by it. Have you tried it? What are the benefits?

it's a blend of grains and beans (read Ezekiel 4:9), low carb, good for blood sugar, organic, whole grain, wholesome, old world receipe.
