I leave for work at around 9am. I am usually not hungry in the AM and feel like it is silly to eat something simply for the sake of having breakfast (I would usually eat yogurt or peanut butter on toast).
Should i continue eating something in the morning even if I am not hungry? I always read how important it is to eat in the morning, start up your body blah... blah... but dont want to be adding pointless calories if I will actually be hungry at around 10-10:30.
Advice? Thanks!

Yes. Absolutely! Don't ever skip breakfast. I think if your not that hungry then have something light such as yogurt, or piece of toast with jelly. Or maybe some fruit with a little cottage cheese.
Do you like cereal? Even a little bowl of some sort of healthy cereal like Cheerios is great.

Personally, I cannot go without breakfast, but I know a number of very healthy people who swear they do not need it and do better without it - especially when trying to lose weight, they say it sets them off nibbling all day long.
Yeah, I've heard all the "it gets your metabolism going", "you can't make up for it later", etc., stuff, too. But I believe these friends genuinely know what is best for them. I think we do have individual differences, so I would go with what makes me feel best.
Good luck!

actually even if just a big glass of water you should have something to kick your metabolism into gear.
I hate breakfast too, but have 4oz of cran juice mixed with a scoop of whey protein..
makes staying thinner much easier if you do something in the morning.
