I am wondering if anyone knows what kinds of foods would be good for your skin?
Any suggestions?

An well rounded diet plan with plenty of fresh veggies and fruits - the recommended amounts of fiber and water - and sufficient good, healthy fats. And cut out any junk food . . . that's what makes my skin look sick.

I stated taking flax everyday and since I have been taking it I have noticed a HUGE difference. It took about two weeks but my skin has never looked better.

Heather6869 what is flax? And what did it do for your skin? Do you have acne?

yeah, i think flax is good too. you can either buy the seeds or the oil online or at natural food stores. flax contains omega 3, which can be found in other foods too, such as fish oil. i used to eat flax seeds on my oatmeal, but i'm now taking fish capsules daily which has a higher concentration of omega 3.

I agree with auntyjudy.

The best thing for your skin is a balanced healthy diet.
Lots of fibre and water will help flush out toxins and help prevent skin problems (and cellulite)
