Hi everyone!
I would like to know if it is heard of or it is common to have water retension in just one ankle or foot? I look at my feet and I see one ankle bone plain and clearly and the other one, I see a little bit of. I know that they say, no two feet are the same so I am wondering if water rentention also applies.
thanks for reading my post!

did you ever injure/sprain that ankle? is it painful or weak? mine is like that after a sprain 12 years ago and is described exactly as you said - i will be having surgery sometime in the near future to repair the stretched ligaments. good luck!

Swelling in one foot, ankle, or leg could indicate a blood clot.

Don't have the redness or streaks or warmth or anything like that which indicates blood clot. I have had 2 dopplers done and they came out fine. Any other suggestions? Is this common amoung middles aged women?
