I have wide waist.. 14% body fat.. bulgy stomach..
no matter what i do i cant lose that last 10 lbs..
im 22, 5'5'' amnd 124. this might be an OK weight, but it doesnt look like it according to my proportion size.

14% body fat is EXTREMELY low for a female, usually only professional athletes can achieve that. The average for women is around 22%. How did you measure it?
So, I have to think that losing 10 pounds cannot be healthy for you. And even if you try you will find it very difficult because your body will want to stay healthy.
It sounds to me like you just have a boyish shaped body - no waist and small hips. And no amount of weight loss will change that.
But as you grow older your hips may get wider and this will help to make your waist look smaller.

no, my waist is wider than my hip. I have a pear shaped body.
I got it measured by a doctor from a medical hospital. I guess its all muscle, but geez!!! It looks like rolls of fat.

I am also 5'5" and weigh around 125. I think I look pretty good, but maybe I should rethink that.
14% is LOW. I am just under 18%. I wear a size 4.

wow!!! weigh 125 and im a size seven????p.s my friend who is just abou the sam size as me and weighs the same is 125 and the same heigth is a size for....i dont understand it though.......p.s i do ezcersice she doesnt so how could she possibly just be more muscle 4 her???? http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/confused.gif

The worst thing you can do is compare yourself to others.
There are a lot of factors that go into how much someone weighs and what they look like.
2 people of the same height and weight (like you and your friend) could look compoletely different because of genetics, bone structure, muscle structure, etc, etc, etc.
The important thing is how you feel.
